Once the plan is set, you decide how much you want to save. We can provide all materials, or you can shop for your own fixtures, tile, and cabinetry to keep costs down. We’re here to give professional advice on what brands and materials work best for your specific space.

3. The "First Stud" Phase

Demolition and framing begin! We treat your home with the utmost respect, keeping the workspace as clean as possible. As we open up walls and floors, we keep you updated on everything we find so there are never any "hidden" surprises.

4. Craftsmanship in Action

From plumbing and electrical to custom carpentry and tile, this is where the transformation happens. Because we are family-owned and operated, you’ll see the same faces on-site ensuring the job is done right the first time.
